You can generally visit the website of EXPRESSO Deutschland GmbH without disclosing your identity to us. Collection, processing and use of personal data
You can visit our site without providing any personal information. We only store access data without any personal reference via the "Google Analytics" statistics service (see below). These data are analysed exclusively for improving our service and do not allow any inference to your identity.  Personal data are only collected if you voluntarily provide them to us in the process of ordering goods or opening a customer account or subscribing to our newsletter. We use the data provided by you without your separate consent exclusively for the fulfilment and processing of your order. Upon complete processing of the contract and complete payment of the purchase price, your data will be blocked for further use and erased upon expiry of the retention periods under fiscal and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data. Use of Hotjar
To improve the user experience on our websites, we use Hotjar (http://www.hotjar.com, 3 Lyons Range, 20 Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 1640, Malta, Europe). By means of Hotjar, we are able to measure and analyse the user behaviour (mouse movements, clicks, scroll height etc.) on our websites. For this purpose, Hotjar places cookies on users' devices and can store data of users such as browser information, operating system, dwell time on the page, etc. in an anonymised form. Forwarding of personal data
Your data are forwarded to the company contracted for delivery, to the extent required for the delivery of the goods. For payment processing, we transmit your payment data to the credit institution instructed to execute payment, as well as the payment service selected in the order process, e.g. PayPal.

Your personal data are encrypted and transmitted over the Internet using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) during the order process. Credit card data or account details are not stored, but are collected and processed directly by our payment service provider DNWS or (if selected as payment method) PayPal or sofortueberweisung.de. We secure our website and other systems through technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination of your data by unauthorised persons. Access to your customer account is only possible after entering your personal password. You should always keep your access information confidential and close the browser window once you have finished communicating with us, especially if you share your computer with others.

To the extent a contractual relationship to our company is to be established, further developed or changed, we collect and use personal data from you to the extent required for these purposes.
